Visit request

Are you interested in visiting the Laakso Joint Hospital project? Please fill out the visitor request form on this page carefully. An entire group of visitors is reported on the same form. 

We reserve the right to individually accept each group of guests, and we prioritize our most important stakeholders. 

The maximum size of a visitor group is 15 guests. The visit lasts a maximum of two (2) hours, including the change of clothes (site equipment) and transition to and from the site. As a rule, visits are organized

• Tuesday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
• Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Thursday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
• Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The visit request must be made well in advance, no later than three (3) weeks before the desired date. We accept guests within the limits of available resources. We process requests and respond within ten (10) business days. 

Please note the following when planning your visit: 

• All guests must be at least 18 years old. 
• The construction site is not accessible. 
• There is a zero tolerance for alcohol at the construction site.
• The site is dirty/dusty. 
• No one is allowed to the site without appropriate equipment. We offer the site equipment to use during visit.

Once your visit request has been processed, we will contact you by email.

We reserve the right to cancel the visit in case of illness or if the site situation so requires.
