Marko Heino appointed as CEO of real estate limited company Laakso Joint Hospital
The Board of Directors has appointed Marko Heino as the CEO of real estate limited company Laakso Joint Hospital, effective 1 March 2025. The current CEO, Marko Virtanen, will continue to serve at the company during February to ensure the smooth handover of duties to his successor.
Marko Heino, M.Sc. (Tech.), eMBA,has worked as an entrepreneur and as the CEO of several construction companies during his career. Heino brings with him more than 25 years of experience in fields such as property development, construction and infrastructure.
“Marko Heino was the natural choice for CEO, as he was involved in the founding of the real estate limited company in 2021. In their decision, the Board of Directors emphasised Heino’s extensive experience both as a CEO and in different roles in construction. The ability to collaborate is particularly important in the role of the CEO from the perspective of both the project and the future operations of the Laakso Joint Hospital,” says Sari Hildén, Chair of the Board of Directors of real estate limited company Laakso Joint Hospital.
